The truck is parked at an approved location close to the driver's home for home time. Drivers are eligible for full benefits after 90 days.

School Locations:  7 locations through the country.
Length of School:  18 days of classes followed by company orientation and training.
Cost of School: Tuition payments of $37.50 weekly deducted from payroll. Nothing down, no credit check or co-signor. After 13 months the company starts reimbursing you 37.50 weekly towards your tuition costs, work for the company 2 years and the school costs you nothing.
Travel & Lodging: Travel and lodging expenses included in tuition.
Total Money need by the Driver: $150 in licensing and processing fees plus food money for about 4 weeks. Plan on close to $350 total.
Orientation: 3 day orientation is scheduled at a company terminal immediately after graduation from school. Driver is hired following successful completion of orientation and assigned a trainer.
Company Training:  Company provides a 6 week training period with a trainer. Driver is paid $350 a week salary in first 2 weeks, $400 a week during the 3rd and 4th weeks and $500 weekly during the 5th and 6th week. $500 bonus after completion of training. 
After Training:river can choose from a variety of jobs including regional and dedicated runs in certain areas or OTR solo or team. Solo OTR pay starts at 26 cents per mile increasing to 33 cents per mile within 6 months.
